Terms of Use and Purchase

These terms govern the relationship between Ziki and anyone who browses the site, creates an account, places an order or uses an eSIM purchased from us.

Using the site, ordering or installing an eSIM means you accept these terms. The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that order.

Ziki sells travel eSIM mobile-data plans that connect to partner networks at the destination. Ziki is a reseller, not a mobile network operator.

• Plans provide data only unless expressly stated otherwise.
• They do not include a phone number, standard calls or SMS.
• Internet calling and messaging apps depend on network availability.

You are responsible for disabling data roaming on your home SIM to avoid charges from your home carrier.

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check compatibility before purchase using our compatibility page and your device manufacturer or carrier.

Installation requires internet access; Wi-Fi is recommended before travel.

Checking compatibility before purchase is the customer's responsibility. Cancellation and refunds for an incompatible or locked device follow section 8, subject to rights under applicable law.

Provide an accurate name and email address at checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment approval.

After approval, the installation link and instructions are sent by email and appear in your account. Each installation code is personal, intended for one device and must not be shared.

If issuance cannot be completed, a full refund will be provided.

Plan validity normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, unless the plan page states otherwise.

• Validity then runs continuously.
• Service ends when validity or data allowance is exhausted, whichever comes first.
• Unused data is not refundable or transferable.
• Additional plans or top-ups may be purchased where available.

Provider measurements determine usage. Fair-use or speed restrictions shown on the plan page apply.

Coverage and networks are listed on each plan page and may change. Speed and availability depend on local operators, congestion, location, weather, device and settings.

Coverage is not guaranteed everywhere, including rural, maritime, mountainous or underground locations. The service is not intended for aircraft, ships or countries outside the purchased plan.

The eSIM package prices displayed on the site are the final prices payable. Under the transaction classification applicable to the business, package sales are subject to zero-rate VAT, so no VAT will be added to the displayed price. The exact currency and amount to be charged will be shown to the customer before payment approval. The transaction document will be issued in accordance with applicable law. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Ziki eSIM does not store full card details.

You can view and pay in shekels (₪) or dollars ($). The base price is set in dollars; the shekel price is a direct conversion at the latest Bank of Israel representative rate, with no markup. When charging in shekels, the applied rate and its date are recorded on the transaction document. You are charged in the selected currency for the amount shown. Dollar charges may be subject to your card issuer's rates or fees. Promotions and prices may change before purchase but not retroactively after an order is paid.

A purchased eSIM plan that has not been used may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later. Deadlines and cancellation fees, if any, are determined by the classification of the transaction and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

"Use" means installing the eSIM profile on a device (scanning the QR code or downloading the profile), even if no data has been consumed, as well as connecting to a network or consuming data. Receiving the QR code or order details by email alone, without installation on a device, does not constitute use.

No refund will be given for change of mind, change of plans, or unused data on an eSIM plan that has been activated and used, subject to cancellation and refund rights under applicable law.

A top-up is a digital data add-on for an existing eSIM. Once the top-up has been applied to the eSIM and activated by the service provider, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, changed plans or unused balance, subject to statutory cancellation and refund rights. The fact that a top-up is a digital product does not by itself remove those rights.

Claims of non-delivery, non-conformity or technical failure, including those relating to a top-up, will be reviewed and handled in accordance with the law, regardless of the preceding paragraphs.

Any refund due will be made to the original payment method, in the currency and amount charged, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

We provide digital support in Hebrew and English. Support covers installation, connectivity diagnosis, plan status and coordination with the network provider, but not device hardware repair or carrier unlocking.

An account lets you view orders, installation details, usage and plan validity. You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential.

We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse or material violation of these terms.

Rewards apply only to completed, paid and non-refunded eligible purchases.

Affiliate commissions become available immediately after verified payment. The minimum withdrawal is 100 Israeli shekels (₪), and valid bank details are required. A cancellation or refund automatically deducts the related commission, proportionally for partial refunds, with an explanation to the affiliate.

Spam, misleading promotion, unauthorized brand bidding and self-referral are prohibited and may lead to cancelled rewards and account closure.

• Illegal use or use that violates destination-country law.
• Unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
• Operating servers, unusual automated traffic or permanent-line substitution.
• Circumventing technical limits, attacking systems or disrupting networks.
• Sharing or publishing an eSIM QR code.

A material violation may result in termination of the service after notice to the customer, subject to rights under applicable law.

We process information needed to provide the service as explained in our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by the payment processor, and provider data is shared only as needed to issue and operate an eSIM.

Analytics and marketing require a separate prior choice in Cookie settings. Acceptance of these terms, registration or purchasing is not cookie or email/SMS marketing consent. Current providers and future approved technologies are disclosed in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The service is provided as available. Ziki does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a minimum speed.

To the extent permitted by law, Ziki is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from network availability. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the plan concerned. Do not rely on the service as the sole means of emergency communication.

The Ziki name, logo, character, design, text, images and code belong to Ziki or its licensors. Commercial copying or reuse requires prior written permission.

Ziki may change plans, destinations, features and these terms. Material changes will be published on the site and do not retroactively alter completed orders.

Israeli law governs these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, subject to mandatory consumer law. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
