Affiliate program terms

1. General

These terms govern participation in the Ziki eSIM affiliate program (business no. 316093319). Joining is free and requires accepting these terms.

Affiliates act independently. Joining does not create employment, partnership or agency, and affiliates may not bind Ziki.

2. Personal link and coupon code

Each affiliate receives a personal link and a unique coupon code. A purchase is attributed when the customer arrives through the link or enters the code at checkout.

Attribution lasts 30 days from the last click (last click wins).

Referred customers receive a discount (5% by default) on their first purchase only. Later purchases within the window are at full price and still earn commission. The discount cannot be combined with other offers.

3. Commission calculation

Commission (10% by default, or the rate set for you) is calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts and credit, and only after the payment is verified by the payment processor.

Rates may be updated for future sales; recorded commissions are not changed.

4. Commission currency and exchange rate

All commissions, balances and payouts are managed and paid in Israeli shekels (₪) only.

When the customer pays in shekels, commission is calculated directly from the shekel amount charged.

When the customer pays in US dollars, the commission is converted to shekels at the latest Bank of Israel representative rate at the time the payment is confirmed, with no conversion fee. The shekel amount is locked at that moment and is not affected by later rate changes.

5. Commission availability, cancellations and refunds

Each eligible commission becomes available immediately after verified payment, with no waiting period.

Full cancellation or refund cancels the commission; a partial refund reduces it proportionally.

If a refund happens after payout, the difference is offset against future commissions.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches 100 Israeli shekels (₪). One request may be open at a time.

Payouts are made by bank transfer to an Israeli bank account in the affiliate's name. Bank details are stored encrypted.

The amount is locked when requested. After manual review the transfer is made and marked paid; a rejected request returns the full amount to your available balance.

Payment of a withdrawal is conditional on the affiliate providing a legally compliant invoice for the commissions requested - a tax invoice or transaction invoice, as applicable to the affiliate's tax status and legal requirements. Affiliates are responsible for reporting their income and providing all documents required by law; payment will be transferred after the appropriate document has been received and reviewed.

7. Fair use

Self-purchases through your own link or code do not earn commission.

No spam, misleading claims, impersonation of Ziki or paid ads bidding on the Ziki brand.

No artificial clicks or purchases, use of others' payment methods or attempts to bypass attribution.

Suspected violations may lead to review, held commissions, suspension or closure, and cancellation of improperly earned commissions.

8. Changes and termination

Ziki may update these terms or end the program with notice in the dashboard or by email. Commissions properly earned before the change will be honored.

You may leave at any time; an available balance at or above the minimum will be paid under these terms.
